Leadership
Our National Governing Board (NGB), is a full-member governing and advisory body that oversees the internal operations of our organization. The responsibilities of the National Governing Board Members include, but are not limited to the following: establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, organizing and hosting educational workshops for all chapters, managing all financial resources, advising our sisters on professional and personal matters, and fundraising for a plethora of philanthropies and community/world causes.
The National Governing Board coordinates all internal communication, creates and sponsors all National programming, administers all publicity and press releases for Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc., and organizes and initiates all programming for our National Convention, which is a massive-scale production aimed towards empowering our sisters and womyn alike through networking, educational, organizational, inspirational and socialization workshops. Our main goal is to provide the organization all the necessary tools to ensure the continued success of our enchanting Sisterhood.
Executive Board
The Executive Board works to implement policies, identify gaps, and achieve the objectives and new goals of the Sorority. They ensure governance, oversight, and major decision making is representative of the interests of our members.

Judicial Honor Conclave
The Judicial Honor Conclave (JHC) is the judicial branch of Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc. The responsibilities of this branch include, but are not limited to enforcing Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc.’s standing laws and policies; in order to ensure the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct from all Sisters and fellow constituents. It is the duty of every Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc. Sister to knowingly and faithfully uphold the Constitution and its standing laws, and as such, the JHC is responsible for addressing any matters in question; reaching all determinations of judicial nature of the Sorority.
